Busy as a bee!

In July this year I was pleased to take part in the first ever ‘I Made It’ Market Day, organised by the Australian Insitute of Country Music (AICM) in Gympie. (Remember this post?)

Well, it has now been almost 3 weeks since the AICM held its second market day on September 8th. I’ve been busy as a bee since then and realised that I have yet to share any photos of my stall and products from the event! Let’s fix that right now with a confectionery collage!

Left to right. Top: Choconut Ice, Chocolate & cream cheese bee truffles, heart cake pops and cupcake cake pops in choc-raspberry swirl flavour (gluten free).
Bottom: Assorted lollipops (gluten free), white chocolate & pistachio nut filled cookies (gluten free).

Along with the classic chocolate version, I made two new flavours of filled cookies for the day: white chocolate & pistachio nut (pictured above), and peanut butter caramel. My marshmallow was very popular again this time around, as were my chocolate and cream cheese bee truffles. Aren’t they cute?

Here’s one last collage before I introduce you to the wonderful work of my talented stall neighbour.

More of my confectionery from the 2nd AICM ‘I Made It’ market in Gympie. All products pictured are gluten free and delicious!

It was great to see all of the stallholders from the first market again, along with new ones, such as Denise from ‘Gifts, Rainbows & Dreams‘. I didn’t take a picture of Denise’s stall on the day, so she has kindly allowed me to use one of her photographs on my website so that I can introduce you!

Thanks to Kerry Aitken and others from the AICM Gympie who were involved, for putting together another fun day at the ‘I Made It’ market. And thank you so much to the Gympie community and everyone who turned out to support the students of the AICM Gympie, and local small businesses by purchasing our handmade products.
