Over the past week I have shared a few photographs on my Facebook page with the title: Postcards from the kitchen. This was just a fun way to share a few photos of cakes that I don’t normally feature on the website or on Facebook.
I make these cheesecakes so often that I have to admit, once they’re decorated, I’m usually more focused on packaging them up for delivery and don’t even think about taking a photo of the finished product!

Lime & White Chocolate
Just reading that list is making me hungry – yum. My personal favourites are the Lime & White Chocolate Cheesecake and the amazingly decadent, Dark Chocolate & Raspberry Cheesecake. The combination of chocolate and fruit pairs so well with the cheesecake that I don’t often make them for myself…it’s too hard to stop at one piece!
