I’ll let the pictures do most of the talking in this post as I’m taking a short break from a busy day making candy and chocolate bonbonnieres for two upcoming weddings. Have a great week ahead!Β
Pictured below are red velvet cupcakes for a 21st birthday party held at The Decks on Mary in Mary Street, Gympie. The cupcakes were covered with cream cheese icing and decorated with pink piped roses. I also made an edible ‘Happy 21st Sarah’ plaque out of musk candy (the same candy I use to make my candy eggs) to be displayed alongside the cupcake tower.Β Many thanks to my customer for this order – it was such a pleasure to meet you!

Another red velvet cake, this time covered with white chocolate buttercream and finished with pink piped roses – this cake was the display/cutting cake for the Cooloola Debutante Ball 2013. The ball was beautifully decorated byΒ Party Perfect Gympie, with all profits going toΒ Little Haven Palliative Care, a valuable organisation that I can’t speak of highly enough. It was an absolute pleasure to make this cake. Congratulations to all of the debutantes.
