First birthdays are so special!

The title says it all – first birthdays really are so special! I love being able to help families to celebrate this lovely milestone with a yummy cake. Most recently I made this cowboy-themed gluten free buttercake and so enjoyed making the little figurines of the cowboy, horse, and cactus.
