I was so thrilled to receive a note from the happy couple after their wedding:

“THANK YOU!!!!! You did an amazing job of our wedding cake and we absolutely loved it! All the guests said it was so yummy and I highly doubt any of them even knew it was gluten free (apart from the coeliacs!).”
