Bonnie’s Cakes & Kandies operates from a completely gluten free commercial kitchen.
As a coeliac myself, I understand the challenges, misconceptions, and, let’s face it, the terrifying prospect of trusting someone who doesn’t quite understand what it takes to make a truly safe ‘free from’ cake. The thoughts of, ‘Will this taste like cardboard?’ or worse, ‘Will I get sick after eating this?’
I also understand the absolute joy of being able to eat ‘what everyone else is eating’, especially when it tastes even better than the ‘regular’ version! I have spent years refining my recipes so they taste so good, you can enjoy the same piece of cake as all of your guests.
If you require a special dietary cake, please be assured that I have a vast experience catering to a range of different dietary requirements, and I am happy to talk with you about your individual needs. It is my great pleasure to be able to make beautiful cakes that are both safe AND delicious.
