Lisa and Ashley were married in the presence of family and friends at the Silky Oak Tea Gardens in December last year. A sudden storm threatened to interrupt the wedding, but luckily it passed through and let the happy couple continue with their celebrations. I had the honour of making and delivering their beautiful, two tier wedding cake, and am pleased to share it here today.

Guests were treated to a choice of caramel mud cake, and dark chocolate mud cake. For the decorations, purple ribbon and white lace around the base of each tier matched perfectly with the table settings.
I made a sweet little spray of purple icing roses to fit nicely around the final, finishing touch: a personalised, custom made wooden cake topper featuring the names of the bride and groom.

Congratulations and very best wishes to you both, Lisa and Ashley! Thank you for choosing Bonnie’s Cakes & Kandies.
