Celebrating the new Mr & Mrs {Fraser Island Wedding Cake}

Bec & Sam were married on the Sunset Beach at beautiful Fraser Island last year, with their reception held at Kingfisher Bay Resort. It was my great pleasure to create their three tier gluten free wedding cake. The design reflected their rustic beach theme, while sticking with a simple, fresh and clean finish.

The chosen flavours included fruit cake, carrot cake, and chocolate mud cake. Yum – what a great variety! After an early morning delivery to the barge at River Heads, I was so happy to hear from Bec & Sam after the wedding that the cake had arrived safely and was thoroughly enjoyed!
