How we wonder what you are… {Gluten Free Baby Shower Cake}

It is truly an honour to create cakes for such special occasions as weddings – a celebration of love and the beginning of a marriage. I created Bec & Sam’s gluten free wedding cake for their Fraser Island wedding last year, and enjoyed every moment of working with them to create their dream cake!

I was bursting with joy to learn that Bec and Sam are expecting their first child later this year, and delighted to create a gluten free baby shower cake to help them celebrate the upcoming arrival of their little one!

Sweet baby shower cake – a recreation of a design by Jenny Wenny | Bonnie’s Cakes & Kandies

This sweet little baby shower cake was made in gluten free carrot cake, and was a recreation of a design by Jenny Wenny. It uses both pinks and blues, and a lovely verse to welcome baby.

It’s no wonder at all that I loved catching up with Bec & Sam again and sharing in their excitement on their journey to parenthood! Another celebration, not of marriage, but certainly one of great love – it was an honour to create Bec & Sam’s baby shower cake.
